RETURN POLICY

Bankers Online Supply will accept returns of all unused products within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must have a copy of the packing list and have an RMA# issued before returning any shipment.

Bankers Online Supply will only pay for shipping charges if our product is defective or the return is the result of our error. A 10% restock fee will be added to all returned orders except those that were the result in our error. We will issue refunds within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the product.
